Jane grew up in the small town. Her parents owned the hotel of the town. They lived just outside of the small town. She would go often with her parents to stay at the hotel. She grew up and went to school with Tom. They had a falling out before Alex moved to the small town. Alex met Jane on the first day that he moved to the small town, but never met her again until a few years later. Alex began courting Jane and planned to marry her.
